That's actually I struggle wit so friggin much :T Aaa.. Me specifically, I focus on the background before anything. If I don't have a background I feel helpless.. I like to make sure I have a theme/aesthetic I wanna follow as well! If you cant find any borders that feel right for whatever look you're goin for: make your own! Its a hassle but definitely worth it in the end! I dont usually make my own borders but if it comes down to it, i will
